Have used this product for a few years now and it was working great.all of a sudden problems with the app. Please tell me there is a fix coming for this?

Don't get it!! I have had this in my stairwell for almost 4 years. It comes on by itself and then I have to go into the app to turn it off, sometimes it comes on in the middle of the night. I got a new phone & the app wouldn't work. Deleted it & got updated app but it kept saying that it couldn't discover the bulbs. It came on by itself again I had to remove the bulbs from the light as the only way to turn it off. Now the app won't even open...it just flashes and then the screen goes dark.

Wasted money. The bulbs may be fine but the app seldom works and I'm still waiting to hear from the support group. Don't buy!!!!

Piece of sh*t app and customer service. E-mailed FEIT 5 times over 6 months w/NO response. Mesh network crashes constantly. Lights randomly turn on/ off. There's a timer feature, but can’t set brightness, so bulb turns on full brightness, NOT what I want. There was an update, now nothing works. I have 50 bulbs; if others are having same problem then a class-action lawsuit? Spent hundreds of dollars and many hours on an inferior untested product with NO customer support.

It was working for a while but the scheduling was not consistent. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not. Now, I can’t even connect! It keeps saying NO MESH FOUND! I just wasted money because some bulbs will not turn offf!!! I had to just turn the power off. Now what? Back to manual?! Bad gadget!

I'm tried for over an hour trying to get the HomeBrite Smart LED Bulb to work. It worked in the past. Now it keeps telling me NO Mesh found. I have deleted, reinstalled, deleted, reset, etc to get this light to work. No luck. Dont waste your money. Look elsewhere for a bluetooth LED light.

Garbage! Doesn't work and complete waste of money.

Had similar problems as below. Called customer service. They were great. Worked with me n everything is working. Hope it continues. Yes, would like it to work on I watch

Total garbage. The app just spins and spins. It activates at odd times when I am away from the house and it is worthless. I can't believe they haven't sorted this out. Returning for a full refund. Twice in a row I have had issues when purchasing this brand. I'm done with it.

Piece of crap! And it took over 2 weeks for their customer service to reply to my inquiry. I returned the lights for a full refund. Go Philips Hue!

Wish I would have read some of these reviews BEFORE i purchased these lights. As others have said, i have the same issue. The lights will not connect and there is little or no help OR the solutions do not work. Wonder if the execs at Feit use their product?

This bulb is good. The app is not. Auto feature only works 30% of the time. 70% it stays off or turns on full brightness and stays on. App needs work. Can't wait for another app to take HomeBrite's place. I will be deleting HomeBrite ASAP!

Why don't you fix this app instead of putting it on the market and just forgetting about it? It needs improvement

completely useless! minus 25 stars... yes I'm telling you how I really feel!

Worked fine for two months. Now it won't connect. No mesh found. I've tried the hard reset multiple times with no luck. Bulb still lights up but just can't use the smart features. Please fix somehow, maybe an app update.

The app won't pair with the bulb. I've tried taking the bulb in and out, reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone...nothing works. That's why I only bought one bulb, to try it out. Will return it tomorrow.

Terrible product. Can't tell you how much time wasted reprogramming, not finding mesh, etc. Garbage.

The concept is great but lights are randomly turning on at different times and never at the brightness of the app so don't know what's going on there but it is very annoying.

DONT BUY! WILL NOT PAIR. AS I TYPE THIS, IM PISSED OFF. WASTE OF MONEY.

If you find your phone can no longer connect to the light, try unscrewing the bulb for a minute, then screwing it back in. Once the light blinks, the bluetooth should be re-paired to your phone. Worked for me. Simple fix. It may not be the lamps fault- blue-tooth can be a bit temperamental. I have an iphone 7 plus by the way, and it works fine (other than it occasionally disconnecting). You can also try turning off blue-tooth on your phone and turning it back on
